My Son Purchased An Extended Warranty For His 2017 Lincoln, $139.00 A Month, When Asked If He Wanted Automatic Withdrawal My Son Answered NO ! He DoNot Allow Automatic Withdrawals From His Account! On November 25 th 2024 Without Authorization Ox Car Care Made A Withdraw Of $139.00 From My Sons Account, My Son Called, Expressing His Dissatisfaction For The Unauthorized Withdrawal! Then Let It Go. Again Today ,December 14 2024, Ox Car Care Made An Unauthorized Withdraw Of $139.00 From My Sons Account !!! After My Son Called Again To Express His Feelings With This Happening A Second Time , The Ox Car Care Representative Became Rude, And Hung The Phone Up On My Son. The Extended Warranty Has Been Cancelled, And Now Filing Of The Proper Paperwork And Complaints ! Are Being Processed .BEWARE OF OX CAR CARE SCAMS !

All the advantages of having Ox Car Care is there very happy to be a part of the team
What I didn’t like and not appreciate how the women I spoke w/ convinced me to add another car
I told her I would explain to my girlfriend that she should get the same thing
She convinced me to just pay the $75 to start and if she doesn’t want it she could just decline the offer to go further
In her convincing never told me if she didn’t want it I would not be getting my $75 back
I would never pay $75 then ask if she wanted it I could of did all that the same day
So she declined to get the Ox Care (which is completely fine) but the woman I spoke w/ screwed me out of $75
Happy to have the care on my car but lady I spoke W/ customer service was her taking advantage of me
She definitely went of her way to not explain I would not get the money back...
