Base on what I hear on the Comercial radio,and read on the policy is two different things because you told me ox paid we don't paid so why am I paying for half of my oil change at the dealership where I go to get my oil change than?

My contact with Ox Car Care to be honest was confusing. I was told my monthly payments were going to be $129. But my first payment was for $149, which wasn't bad enough but i was charged that twice. I was being charged the extra on a car i told them i didn't want insured because it was not registered. After several phone calls i finally got part of my issues fixed. Not sure yet if the monthly payment amount been fixed yet. The reason i am giving 4 stars and not 3 is because your reps were very polite. Also, I have sent 3 e-mails asking questions that were not responded to, I find that very poor customer service. I asked 3 times these questions, 1) I haven't received a membership card to show my membership. 2) I asked what garages you accept that will do repairs and which quickie oil changing garages are on your policy and if the gold plan has free oil changes. 3) I asked for a...
