This is one of the biggest rip off scams I ever seen.. I truly hope customer will read this review before dealing with the rip off people. Not only they lie they are rude. Everyone there is pretty much young adults with a attitude especially if you have a claim going on. When you call it sounds like they are at a club party cause of the amount of noise in there, so unprofessional. I sent my Cadillac to the dealership like always for repairs.
I had 3 issues need address needless to say I'm probably almost four months into policy. The fan on my car needed replacing, TMPS sensor needed replacing on tires, rear end making noise. So after all this diagnosis, you call and see what's going on they tell you they have up to 3 to 5 business days to review your case. So I'm in a rental that dealership provide for 2 days I ended up with the rental for 6 days not knowing the dealership not...
