I have worked in a mechanic shop for many years and I have worked with many warranty companies. To say this company is the worst company I've ever worked with is an understatement. Never has a vehicle come into my shop, that has coverage through Ox Car Care left my shop in under 6 weeks, it typically takes that long just to try and get the job approved through them. They are inefficient and look for any reason to deny your claim, making everyone jump through as many hoops as possible, in hopes that whoever is dealing with Ox Car Care gets frustrated and quits before they actually do their job. Like dragging your teeth on a chalk board. They're probably going to deny your claim anyways, no matter what kind of proof, evidence or history you or the mutual customer can give on the vehicle.
