This company is an absolute joke. I brought my truck into the dealership on February 3 for a noise in my engine. The shop broke down the engine and found a defective lifter. The only way the service writer can communicate with Ox was by email. It took a few days to finally get a response. They wanted to see service records. I called in and told them that I do all off the maintainance for my truck. I used to be a mechanic so I have never brought in any of my vehicles for service. When I signed up with Ox they never mentioned I would need service records. What if I had bought a used car from someone? I was able to get a receipt from Auto Zone for the oil and filter that I bought for the last oil change I did, and my service writer emailed it in. A few days later I had to call in again because we got no response. Now they wanted freeze frame data sent. We explained that the...
