BAIT AND SWITCH USING AN EXCELENT SALES TEAM!!! RUN!!!
If there was a zero star, it would be my rating. My husband and I signed up with them last August. Took our car in for a routine at the dealership and they found other issues. They tried contacting them for 3 weeks and couldn't get anywhere with them. The few times they got someone on the phone they were rude and disrespectful and this was a reputable benz dealership. We had to pick up our SUV with the issues not being fixed. So we thought maybe it's because it's a benz dealership and they are a little expensive let's try a regular shop, they received the same response took it to a third and you guessed it the same thing. We had to pay out of pocket to get our car fixed.

Finally after a period of six months we sent our contract to our attorney . He decided to sue them, they didn't respond to the law suit...
