If I could give 0 stars I would. They have been giving me and the dealership the run around for weeks just to even open a claim! I've spent HOURS on hold. Either I'm not found in the system or I'm found but the department does not help with claims. They've given me and the dealership an email address to open a claim and ultimately someone else in claims said they don't even have an email address! I've been without my vehicle for weeks and cannot move forward because if I pay to fix the vehicle myself without satisfying all the claims requirements, I could be denied. Rental coverage only covers 5 days and they have delayed me for over a week, not including any processing or repair time! I would sue but that would take as long.

Update: I finally was able to get someone to agree to look at the information from the dealership. I have a diamond policy so it should have been...
