OX CAR CARE is a fraud!!!
first of all, they advertise about free oil, changes, free tire rotation, and stuff… None of it is free but they don’t tell you is they only pay a certain percentage of your oil change or your tire rotation… For example, for a full synthetic oil change normal price is $120, OR Care only pays $60, if your oil change is $60 they only pay $30…
ask Car Care tries to come up with every excuse not to pay for a repair, they will ask you for previous records of all change and previous records of anything that you have had done to your car… I tried to get something done to the bearings in my back wheel They asked me to come up with four previous oil change records on my car…
they even search for things that previous dealerships recommend when you go get a oil change, but not suggest that something is fixed. It’s just a recommendations when they do...

***EDIT ON 4/14/2025 Still waiting on my "expedited claim" from 2 weeks ago. Truck has been in the shop since 3/7/2025 and 2 weeks ago they stated they would expedite my claim. Every time I call or the shop calls all they will tell is, is that the claim is in final review, which has been that way for 1 week. The last person the shop spoke to stated he was so rude on the phone that my guy at the shop wanted to hang up on him because he was not answering any questions and kept saying it was in "final review" it's pretty sad when the shop is getting so frustrated with a company that they want to hang up on them! This is by far the worst extended warranty company I have ever dealt with. Horrible customer service and anyone I talk to on the phone knows absolutely nothing and just reads from a script.
