Horrible service, quick to take your money every month but when it comes time to do their part, they don’t answer claims for two weeks, you will be without a vehicle for a month, customer service is no help. Just a straight up waste of time for a company that advertises quick and easy service that couldn’t be farther from the truth. Go Somewhere else.

Man listen (LEO WHY) is the best he have help me so much. He was very patient with me over the phone and answer all my questions during my cancelation process if you have any problems ask for LEO WHY! he will get the job done. now that's how you do business job well done👏

I had Ox car care and on the car Radio it said that they pay for everything and everything that I had done to my car they did not take care of it I’m disappointed I told that several people that I canceled that they’re the worst the worst car care company around I hope nobody doesn’t get taken over like I did they keep calling me harassing me I keep telling him I canceled that multiple and several times do not call my phone no more I tell them they bother people and they keep calling their phone I hope nobody else gets Ox car care because Ox car care is the worst they should take that advertisement off of the radio they said oil change rotations of tires and other stuff engine transmission all that stuff that would be covered and it was not covered they’re very disappointing to people

They didn't make it clear until pymnt was made that u have to drive 1000 miles PLUS have the acct for more than 30 days. I do not drive 1k miles a year. Also didn't make it clear that they only pay 7k max per claim. I'm currently looking at other companies.
