I am a 38 year Service Advisor and called in a claim for my customer from my cell phone (as calling from the job landline would keep me strapped to my desk until they answer). My client has a 2024 vehicle with less than 7,000 miles, so I asked why did they call her to sell a contract on a vehicle under a 4year/ 50,000 mile factory warranty.
