Sharing my experience! I’ve used my warranty insurance a few times! I did receive a check for my oil change. Now while it wasn’t a total refund the fact that I received 70% was huge because no warranty company does that. I know that labor cost varies from shop to shop and that is where we got hung up but they covered a major part of the repairs and what I would spent would have literally been more than I could absorb in one setting! Not saying that OX Car Care is perfect but I am saying I have experienced Car Shield and Endurance and you can’t invite me back to either.
