DO NOT DEAL WITH OX CAR CAR. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF. I have had them for about 4 or 5 months. The sales ppl talk to you very nice while lying to you. Customer service will talk to you extremely rude while lying to you. They will only cover part of what the sales ppl tell you they cover they make it like pulling teeth to get reimbursements and canceling their crappy policies. It took two months to get a reimbursement check that was short 150 dollars. Some places they tell you you can go don't even accept them. I can go on and on about how horrible Ox car care is bit in short do not waste your time and money dealing with these lying crooks

As the owner of a repair shop I deal with a lot of car warranties. BY FAR this company is the absolute worst. DO NOT GIVE THEM A DIME.

My customer came in with a bad wheel bearing. After calling to start the claim the rep confirmed that repair fit in the coverage criteria for the policy. They asked for proof and diagnosis of the bad wheel bearing. We sent videos of the wheel making noise and wobbling. Clearly a bad wheel bearing. After submitting they said it would take 3-5 business days for them to look at the proof.

We called after 6 business days and the rep said they were waiting on us to send tue proof!! We told them to look at their inbox. The rep said they were sorry they found it then said to give them ANOTHER 3-5 days to process the proof! This set the tone for the Next 3 weeks. Going through oil change and maintenance history.
