The only time that I was treated with any dignity was when I got the young lady that was to cancel my policy and she was so nice as I told her if I had gotten her from the beginning I would still be with ox car Care but the rest of the knuckleheads that I talked to was so rude and nasty I wouldn't even have them represent me on a peanut selling expedition

I have never been treated so rudely and this was the worst experience I could have ever had with a company that was soliciting my business first of all there was too much money taking out my account and when I tried to get it straightened out they kept on giving me the runaround from one customer service to the billing department I got shifted from that at least 10 different times and then when I refuse to talk about remaining with the company and just wanted to get my policy council I was treated really rudely then so I would never do business with ox car Care or any of its affiliate and anybody I know that's thinking about doing business with ox car Care I will let them know

Good morning, today is May 2, 2025. my Land Rover LR4 jump timing back in January. I paid to have it towed to the shop. costing me 320.00. it took Ox Car 2 months just to reimburse me 150.00. and they haven't given me a rental. saying that I have to pay for the rental and they will reimburse me. really!!! oil change. Ox Car Care only pays 60.00 for full synthetic and only twice a year for my truck. when the work order was submitted by the repair shop in the amount of $9,016.17 Ox car said that some things on the work order was not covered in this policy. so the repair shop is to put old parts back on my Land Rover. that's stupid. so they only going to cover 1/2 of the repair order but I don't pay 1/2 of my of money for this warranty to cover my truck. I have the diamond policy. I pay 175.00 a month on this policy starting back in June 2024 I tried to reach out to the CEO and...
