I couldn’t get anyone on the phone

Yesterday, I posted about not receiving my refund as promised in my first review. I had to log in to my second Gmail account because you can't leave two reviews about a company in the same email. This is why you don't see an update from most people who leave a bad review on OX CAR CARE. You will get a response from someone to your review from OX CAR CARE. I think they know you can't respond to their response to your review. So, each time a person leaves a review, OX CAR CARE can say whatever they want, knowing their response is the last thing people will see about that review. So, I’ll leave a review on a new Gmail account and keep doing a new one until I get my reimbursement. If you see OX CAR CARE, run away as fast as you can. I brought their service for both of my vehicles. I never had a problem with either car, but I wanted extended coverage just in case. Four months later, looking online, I saw a dispute a customer had with them. I decided to google OX CAR CARE to see their reviews and was shocked! They have the worst reviews I've ever seen for any company. After four months of being with them and paying my invoices on time, I requested a refund. It took two days and seven calls to get the right person. Then, it took several more calls to ensure the cancellation went through. I was told it would take 30 to 45 days for the refund. That was Jan 2025. It's now May 2025, and I still haven't received a refund. I called today and was placed on hold for 30 minutes. Poor customer service, never told me $140.00 down payment is nonrefundable. Kept pressing on down payment but never said if you cancel in 24hrs that you can't get your payment back. Never seen the policy and I can't get my money back! I suggest to look around first before dealing with this!
