I haven’t had to file any claims so far and hope I won’t be having to any time soon.. after I signed up I started reading some pretty bad reviews and warnings of incomplete OR zero service when claims were filed for major repairs and it made me very nervous considering I am on a fixed income and I almost cancelled but have decided to continue my subscription and pray.
