I was given the run around all day yesterday by this company and when I did get to someone they were rude. I am being charged for a warranty on a car I don't even own. The employee also said he would do nothing and will continue to charge me every month. Very classless way to treat someone

Normally I don’t write reviews. You either have to be exceptionally a great company all around or exceptionally the worst of the worst. This company right here is the latter. This has to be the WORST extended warranty company on the planet. I had a claim on my vehicle for a water pump that I know was covered. First off, when you make a claim you don’t even talk to a real person. You have to submit it online. Then they tell you it takes 3-5 business days to see if it’s covered. After 6 business days I still haven’t heard from them. I called twice to check on the status of the claim and I waited on hold for 20 minutes each time just to get rude reps who couldn’t tell me anything. Then I asked them about a rental car and they said the claim has to be approved before we will pay for a rental car. What a waste of money and time. My mechanic told me that they have never dealt...
