I am an Ox Car Care Customer who recently filed a claim for a failed piston in my truck. I took my truck to an ASE Certified Ford Dealer who found the issue through a Compression Test. Ox assigned an investigator who requested more information from the Dealer service department. The service department then conducted a wet test to further show that the piston had completely failed. Ox still denied my claim. I contacted the claim department (Luan H, California) who was very rude and just kept saying, “Your claim has been denied”. He then hung up on me when I questioned him about speaking to a supervisor. I plan to take my vehicle to a separate Ford ASE Dealer for a second opinion and if found to be the same, will take further action against this company to include informing the public of my experience with them.
