This company is terrible to work with. Their sales people lie to you when you sign the policy and you don't get to see the policy til after you sign it and make your down payment. They said " we will provide you a rental til your vehicle is repaired." That is a lie. They do not provide a rental. They will do a reimbursement up to $150. And it's only for $30 a day on that rental. They said they'd cover " the whole engine " they do not cover the whole engine. They had me wait 2 months for them to fix my car. Then they refused to replace a belt that got damaged by the water pump. Even though their policy says they will cover it. They changed their mind and said it falls under general maintenance and it was my responsibility, the belt was a $415 repair.
