Worst experience ever with an extended warranty company. First, they didn't honor their contract, and so I had to pay $3,900out of pocket, after making 4 payments of $169. My mechanic made a mistake in reporting the mileage. He called Ox to correct his error, they still denied my legitimate claim, according to their stipulations of driving my vehicle for more than 30 days and achieving over 1,000 miles. I had in fact put on approximately 8,000 miles in about 80 days!!! So I canceled my contract as any sane person would and I've been receiving calls every day for that last 30 days or more, asking g for payment. I'm supposed to receive 90% of what I paid in as a refund, so far, they just keep asking me for more money. No response to my numerous emails to the email address THEY gave me for canceling the contract. I had Car Shield once before, even though they cost a little more, they...
