Everything but the 30 fao days and 1000 miles. That wasn't told to me until you already had my Ist payment and my ok. It will take me several months to put on 1000 miles. Anything could happen in that length of time.

After many minutes on hold I Called to report a death of a family member and asked for cancellation of policy. The sales rep repeatedly asked “so she has passed on, and you want to cancel? But the policy is almost paid out” I replied over and over (5 times) that I no longer will have to car and want to cancel.
The sales rep then said “ I’m sure your Mom (dead family member) would want to keep this policy” Unkind extremities were said by me at this point and I demanded to speak to someone else. He said ok, verified her death (again) and then Transferred me to somewhere, which immediately disconnected.

I had to call again (minutes later) and got a supervisor (nearly 15 min on hold) who is attempting to help me through this process and possibly get a reimbursement. She is also claiming to send the previous conversation to an upper level.
