To early to tell yet. Haven’t had to deal with any claims yet. So far I’ve asked for a paper copy of the warranty and it hasn’t arrived after two or three weeks of waiting.

Brought this warranty back in March of this year, for my 2017 Range Rover. I was told I can go to any repair shop for a 100% coverage for repairs, I will just have to pay my $250 deductible. June, I needed control arms and bushing, which cost $2500. Ox Car Care will only cover $870. They also false advertising “free oil change”. They give you $60 toward an oil change. They don’t deserve one star!

The absolute worst in customer service took over a month to get my car fixed due to waiting for an adjuster. Everything done by email no phone calls for the mechanic to be able to call to get approval. Uses national averages for pricing and aftermarket parts when you call you have at least a 20 to 25 minute waiting time and then you hear a bunch of stupid facts that I don’t think they’re even close to being around the correct price and you hear voice testimonials from people that say car care got their transmission fixed and all this stuff right away but that’s not right either and oil changes and tire rotations monthly who does that you’re driving an awful lot then. Going to cancel as soon as I can get through. I’m sitting on hold on hold for 30 minutes. Horrible company horrible.
