It took to long to receive my policy in the mail as I requested. The policy you sent me also has the wrong email address, my email address is rcscrib@hotmail.com. I was aslo never told I would have to put a 1000 more miles on my car before I can submit any claim. I would also like to know how to get a free oil change.

SCAM ALERT! Beware. In my 16 years of owning an automotive shop this is the worst aftermarket car warranty company to deal with by a longshot. I will no longer be accepting business from customers with ox car care. We will refuse every single customer that has ox car care as their warranty company. We have not received payment from this company after they authorized a repair with my company on behalf of our mutual customer. They have been avoiding and saying they will call back with payment, we attempt to collect payment multiple times a week and they always say they're gonna call back or there's a problem with their payment system or some other excuse. It has been a month and they are fraudulent in saying their customers repair authorized and then not pay the Shop the agreed amount. Now I am forced to take them to court or my customer is going to be held liable for having to pay this...

Ox promised to pay $7500 per break down. In April I took car to repair facility do to engine light. Repair facility said , need new engine. Filled claim with Ox Car Care. It took Ox THREE weeks to approve the repair. Then they only authorized $3600 for a $6000 repair. Once repair was completed Ox delayed payment for an additional THREE weeks. My car was left in the shop. The shop charged $30/day storage after waiting two weeks. After 8 weeks, OX has NOT paid the pre-authorized amount. OX refuses to cover the $30/day storage. Now I have to pay $300 storage fee. do to OXs delay in payment. Its been 8 weeks, and Ox still has NOT paid the shop. Ox charged my debit card yesterday for their monthly fee ($135).
