Truck has been in the certified Ford repair since June 23rd. Diagnosed and quote for 4 hour job sent to Ox. They require a "second opinion" with their inspector to come verify the issue. Nobody has come yet and the shop has parts and ready to make repair but cannot until Ox approves it. 10 days of waiting AND they are not going to pay for rental car. Asked for a manager or anyone to call me for three days and nothing other than generic emails with no names.

Claims Department does not have managers. There is nobody you can talk or have your claim escalated to. While on the phone with a claims agent, telling me they can see the service history reports uploaded since 06/27, a claim adjuster is calling on the other line and says they never received them.
