On July 7th 2025 I called the ox car care for a quote the first gentleman that I talked to was very pushy trying to get me to sign on I ended up hanging up on him then a young lady called me back by the name of Jasmine she was very nice at first offered me a pretty good deal but then she slowly but surely started becoming pushy for some reason or another we came to agreement that she would email me the quote and it would be a couple of weeks before I could sign up but before she emailed me the quote the call dropped I called back tried to get a hold of her a gentleman by the name of John took over the phone call told me that she had stepped out so I asked to please leave a message to have her call me back at that time John told me that he don't even know if she would be back today or tomorrow so I said leave her a message anyway he said no I can't guarantee you that she'll call you...

The dealer charged for an oil change and tire rotation.
I am wondering if the dealer called or not.

July 10th and I STILL HAVE NO VEHICLE! Continuing from the first review I posted, they have not fixed my vehicle and it’s sitting in the mechanic parking lot still waiting for Oxcare to further review whatever it is. Every time I call, they informed me that it’s being reviewed by another department… if this company is a scam and they do not fix my vehicle and throw me through the loops, I will post further reviews all over the Internet, including Google so keep posted before you make a commitment with this company. Let’s see what they do now that I’ve waited almost 1 month for service.

What a complete disappointment. I do my side and pay every month in case something happens to my vehicle. The Ford dealership said that they do not work with oxcare because they’ve had bad experiences getting paid. I will post another message or take this down if they can come through and...

Consumer beware this company is no good. I had a very bad experience with them. They used my credit card without my approval weeks after I had cancelled with them. Not good at all after they told me I was cancelled out of their system. I cancelled right after signed up with them. The same day and I called back later to confirm and they told me yes I was good to go. Then several weeks later I received a message from my bank asking me if I approved this transaction. Sorry Ox Car but you will not get over on me. Run while you can people don’t trust them.
