So in May of this year I thought it might be a good idea to get ox car care. Sounds simple and easy right? The start up price was dropped low because I had reservations but at such a low price why not? So I get an account set up and they tell me I’ll have my information for the account emailed within a couple days.. So I wait for several and no email comes through. So I try calling and requesting it. I spend most of my morning attempting to get this document with my account information. Finally some guy managed to send my info from a personal email…
Immediately sketched out I decided I wanted to cancel my account. It sounded fishy, reviews were biased it seems.. so I spent several mornings trying to cancel. Each time they hung up on me, would stick me on hold for 20–30 minutes, keep transferring me around to “different departments”.

Terrible warranty company find you something else. Customers service was not concerned about your repair status.

My first repair was a horrible experience. Everyone I told about Ox Car warranty please cancel your policy and save your money. This is a joke warranty

My experience with OxCar Care was terrible/awful. I was excited after listening to the sales person hoping to get a real warranty who cared about their customers. This is what the young man said I could expect. I shared this information with
several of my friends who also bought this warranty after I told them all the wonderful things
they could expect. It was just the opposite. I have
fairly upper scale vehicles. I paid my premium for 9
months before I filed my first claim. Ox Care
warranty said I could have my repairs done
wherever I like. So I used my dealership where I
always go and where I purchased my vehicle. This

worst experience I’ve ever had and I’m a person that believes you can’t own a car without having some kind of warranty, but I’m gonna have to find another co. which I had but I switched to ox because I thought it was cheaper.. I don’t know what makes them think. It is acceptable to wait 3 to 5 business days to get an answer on a minor repair. And every time I call to follow up they say it’s just policy. i’m embarrassed the Shop is calling me asking me what’s going on because i have there shop tied up waiting for a answer if they’re gonna cover the repair. the money I paid to rent a car for the 3-5 days I could have just paid for the repair and if they turn around and deny it that means my car just sit there all that time for no reason just ridiculous don’t even think about it This is the worst warranty company I’ve ever dealt with😡

I have not received any paper work but have been billed . The mailing address is wrong not hpy
