Customers service is so unprofessional. Customer service lying to me telling me there is no supervisor in the claims department but when I call back a supervisor picks up the phone I don't understand what's going on very disrespectful people over there and not helpful at all.

It has been really difficult for me to believe any of the previous review and find anything positive to say about my experience with Ox Car Care. I've had this warranty for about 2 years and the first time I tried to use it they were unclear about the claim process not letting us know all the steps my car was repaired till later find out that it wasn't supposed to get repaired till the claim was approved. It had already been passed 7 Days waiting for an adjuster to reach out. The second time my car broke down we followed the steps and every time we call back to check on the next steps to make sure that we're doing everything we're supposed to be doing we're told that it can take up to 21 days for a claim to be approved. This is real life. They only cover car rental for 6 days but the adjuster has 5 to 8 days to accept the claim in the beginning. The reimbursements for receipts taking...

Called, still nobody that can help me. Finance won't talk to me. Nobody has followed up. Still have not been paid going on over 2 weeks.

Absolutely the WORST and MESSIEST extended warranty I have EVER worked with. It took 3 weeks for them to approve a PCM. They wanted maintenance records, I sent them, never heard back, so I had to call several different times, and they said they were still "waiting" for them. Then, each different time when they actually looked, they HAD received them and said they would review them. It looped over like this 3 different times, and then they couldn't give us an answer after a few more weeks just to approve payment for a fraction of the repair costs. It was just as difficult getting a payment from them. I submitted the claim on June 11th, and it was approved July 1st, and the invoice was submitted July 11th....
