At first I was happy about the refund for a oil change, until I looked at the check. I paid for 69.00 for oil change and received $40.00 I was told that they paid me for a regular oil change instead of a full synthetic. The customer service guy that was very rude told because it wasn't on the invoice that it was synthetic they paid me for a regular I drive a 2012 gmc terrain that only takes Dexos oil that's full synthetic. If the adjuster was doing thier job they would known that, because it wasn't stated if it was either regular or synthetic they just choose the lesser and I lost $29.00. I'm so upset and disappointed. This is how things are done in America these days people just do the bare minimum. I've learned that lesson today .and make sure the mechanic specify what type of oil.

My experience with Ox Car Care has been nothing short of frustrating and heartbreaking. You can’t get in touch with anyone of real importance, and the people you do speak with can’t help with anything. They give you the runaround, leave you without answers, and fail to follow through on their promises.

I’ve dealt with countless delays, zero accountability, and complete disregard for customer concerns. The stress and inconvenience they’ve caused me are beyond words. Their customer service is horrible, and their actions have shown they don’t value their customers at all.

If you’re considering Ox Car Care, do yourself a favor—look elsewhere. I would never recommend them to anyone.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. You can’t speak to anyone who can actually help, and the ones you do reach are useless. Nothing but frustration, delays, and broken promises. Absolutely horrible company.
