I will literally will have to say that customer service is on 10 👍

I only left 1 star because they didn't give zero stars an option. After leaving my car at dealership for 3 days and getting a big runaround, they finally decided that they don't cover a shift cable that went out. Now since they have received my $4,000 they don't want to cover anything. This country is nothing but greedy. And one thing they don't mention, don't break down on a weekend. They don't tow on weekends either. Good Luck with the runaround. St. Louis and highly dissatisfied. Will never buy the "story" again.

I’m giving 4 stars only because Leo has made up for ALL OF THE PROBLEMS that was incurred from the beginning of my process. He called back as promised and has helped to resolve the issues at hand. So, prayerfully I won’t need the service but I rather have it and not need it then need it and not have it.

The coverage was never what we actually thought we were paying for, but I chalked that up to us being new customers and expected it would improve. But when our car was totaled and we needed to cancel the policy, they forced us to jump through an incredible number of hoops to do so. It turns out to be difficult to find the customer service number, but we eventually got that. I had to call it twice.

First call, we got a guy named Xavier who led us through a bunch of "protocol" steps, then transferred us to his supervisor, who just hung up on us.

Second call, I didn't get the representative's name, but he was even less helpful. We repeatedly told him that we wanted to cancel the policy and that under no circumstances would we continue the policy. He kept trying to talk us into a continuation long after we had firmly told him no. He was frankly...
