On Tuesday, 12/10/24, at approximately 10:06 a.m., I called Oxcarcare customer support. I spoke with a representative about my vehicle's issues with the wheel bearings. I asked if this was a covered service. After checking, the representative told me it was covered, and I must take it to a repair shop and obtain authorization for repairs. On Friday, 12/13/24, at approximately 9 a.m., I took my vehicle to Nissan and requested a diagnostic for a check engine light that came on. The service advisor a replacement of the exhaust manifold, gaskets, and lower studs and nuts was needed. Afterward, he submitted the repair quotes to Ox Car Care for both wheel bearings and exhaust manifold. We both called Ox Car Care at the same time approximately at 12:48 pm. sometimes challenging, I never receive paperwork on my policy and still I’m waiting for it

Hi and to whom it may concern l purchased the policy for $25 and they were guaranteeing me that my car was eligible me and my husband told them about our fixed income and they were still telling us that my car was covered not to worry about it they only charged me $159 and was going to be $159 every month well my car has a lot of miles put on and they still told me that my car was covered.. Guess what?
My car broke down for the first time while having it in my possession it's still in my possession today l had to immediately cancel the policy well the policy got cancelled and as of today they won't give my refund back.. But Here we go my bank gave me back my refund and l guess case closed except the $25 dollars that started my policy
Don't know if I will ever see that money.. l had a bad feeling about this fraudulent company they were not going to give me back my money so...
