I am changing my review from a 5 star to 1, if I could go lower I would. I caught a flat tire on August 18,2025 and I decided to use the ox car care warranty for the roadside I called the number in the contract they asked me for the information to pull up my contract I provided it to them and they said they couldn’t find my account, I then found another number in my contract decided to call that and I got the same result they couldn’t find my policy. I then called the customer service number for ox car care and I then heard the option for roadside so I pressed 1 and provided the information and I got the same result couldn’t find my policy. I then called back ox car care customer service and spoke to a specialist I explained the situation and he confirmed my policy was active, and then said I’ll give you the roadside number and I’ll also transfer you I obliged and he transferred me, I...
