Everyone that I spoke to in the enrollment process was extremely friendly and helpful. It was fast and easy to do. I just enrolled so I haven’t made a claim yet, but I expect the same fast and friendly service that I received today.

If I could give 0 stars I would, as an automotive shop owner/operator I will no longer accept vehicles that have an Ox Car Care warranty. I have been in the automotive industry 22+ years now and dealt with extended warranty companies for my entire career and I have never encountered a warranty company similar to OCC. From taking 6 weeks to get an approval, to not being able to talk to anyone that knows anything that's going on with a claim, to taking an additional 4 weeks for an invoice to get paid this company should be ashamed of themselves. Not to mention I received a phone call from OCC trying to settle the invoice for a lesser amount than agreed upon because that is "all that was left in the budget for the month". Ox Car Care is definitively the worst extended warranty company a consumer could choose for extended vehicle coverage.
