Edit: Called, no update. Still under review. We are not able to speak to any adjustor or rush this in anyway. All they give us is "it's under review this is all the information I get" so on and so forth. When I had called back, they knew the #, and hung-up multiple times on me. I had to call from cell phone to cancel the claim.
PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, CANCEL ALL POLICIES YOU MAY HAVE ASAP

Edit: Day 11, still no call. No response to my email, nothing. I will continue to update daily as I wait for a response, so everyone going forward will know EXACTLY how long their claim is gonna take. This is ABSOLUTELY absurd!

Edit: Day 10!! Still no answer! No response, no email, no call. I will continue to edit my review daily until we get an approval. I hope getting payment won't take ten days, but I am afraid that's exactly what's going to...

To prices not for me

The claims process is unnecessarily long, and while rental options are available, customers must pay upfront and then seek reimbursement. This is very inconvenient. If I had the funds to cover everything in advance, I wouldn't have purchased an extended warranty plan to help with these costs.

Ox Car Care customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I filed a claim on 8/12 and as of 8/25 I am still awaiting approval for my covered claim. Today I have been on the phone in excess of 1 hour and still have not been told when my claim will be resolved.
