This is the worst customer service that I've experienced from a warranty department.The length of time that it takes to get anything approved by time you get to your adjusters if they approve anything. I've been without a car now. Waiting for approval for almost 3 weeks and never got noticed from anyone at oxcar. Care only to say that they have been waiting on my service station to send them the report of what's wrong with the car itemized. When they did so they still black black on getting this approved. They sit here for another week or 2 in the adjuster's hands. With nothing , i'm still in limbo , waiting on approval if they will approve something besides the tow truck

This company is a scam and need to be reported! They have the same person for all departments! They don’t answer the phone especially if you’re trying to cancel your policy! My car needing to be fixed and every one I called said they don’t want to work with Oxcar because they don’t pay . I have to go through a whole process just to cancel my policy and I never filed a claim with them. And they still taking money. Scam!!!!!
