Did my homework on this company.
They had a pretty good BBB rating.
But when it was time for me to use this policy I got the run around.
First I was told because I was an employee of the company where I was going to have my truck fixed That was a conflict interest
No where in the contract states this.
Then I got a call to say that was a mistake.
Sent all of the documents that they asked for.
They still denied the claim.
I have been without my truck for over an month.
I work in this industry and to have a company give me the run around is very unprofessional.
Now I have to pay out of pocket for a Transmission.
This type of business is why people should be very aware of third party warranty companies.
They always seems to find ways not to help the customer.
Finally they told me that there was an updated TSB...

They email don’t not work they not trying to pay for your car to get fix they rude my transmission went out they denied talking about I called them saying my check engine light on so I got all the paperwork to show them that what they saying didn’t had nothing to do with my transmission so they said well we still gone denial you so I’m suing them right now so my best bet is to tell yall not to get them they no good they just trying to take yall money

Please do NOT waste your money and time this company is horrible ! Lets all get together and go after this company, it’s not right or fair what they’re doing to people if you can please save your money your self do so you will be better off. LETS ALL GET TOGETHER AND GO AFTER THIS COMPANY! 2+ years paying them now my car needs repair for something that is covered now they saying that my mileage it’s not in sync with Carfax , when they knew my mileage senses day one , my car been sitting at the shop for 3weeks .now i have to borrow money to pay for my repair, something I didn’t want do, i have health problems i miss my doctors appointment because of this. Everything they is a lie, i want my money back and they refuse to do so . OXCAR CARE IS A SCAM targeting people with disability and working class, customer service rude hanging up phone on people faces. SCAM SCAM !!!!

Today's Date is January 21, 2026
I cancelled by email after a salesman called and high pressured sales talk to me about upgrading the policy I had paid on for 3 months. I was charged 25.00
plus another policy payment for a total of about $156 which was charged to my charge card in the same month that I cancelled the first policy. I gave you the numbers of the policies in my email for cancellation which was sometime in December. I am telling you again that I am cancelling the first policy and the upgrade for which the 25.00 was also charged. Both policies are to be cancelled. There has been a dispute started today through US Bank Phone Center. One of your secretaries placed me on a White Cancellation List when I first indicated my desire to cancel, sometime in the fall of 2025.
