The authorization wasn't complete before my card was charged....... I wasn't 100% sure if I wanted or could afford the service. So. IM NOT SURE THAT IMMA KEEP IT!!!

The worst in the business NEVER use this care service, if you see them on your phone DONT
answer, the BIGGEST rip off ever, gave them a 2nd chance and they same BS again, they say one thing and do something totally opposite double talk bull crap. RUN away as fast as you can. My $100 deductible became $2600 out of pocket after they gave the final invoice and then negotiated the price with the mechanic shop after the final invoice for a lower price they were gonna pay after work was done leaving me to pay more outta pocket, the 2nd chance they told the mechanic shop that's a prior problem so they kept taking my payments but NEVER contacted me or the shop to explain any thing, told the shop they needed more information and 5 months later I called and I was told it was denied after I called them BUT they kept taking money out my account so again I canceled, if it was a double zero...

Unprofessional and rude. An young lady called me from Ox car care regarding my search for extended warranty. After she went over the plans, I asked her can you call me back after 5pm when I'm off work. She kept trying to get my down payment and I said, I'm not doing anything until I get home because the card I want to use is at home. She continued trying to get me to use a different card. I said it again. I'm not doing anything until I get home and she just hung up on me. That tells me alot about this company so I went with another company.
