Fraudulent Business – Do Not Trust Ox Car Care

My vehicle claim was opened on 7/23/2025, and here we are at the end of September with no resolution. The adjuster approved my claim over a month ago, yet Ox Car Care continues to give me the runaround.

I’ve called every single day to follow up, and the only answer I get is that they are “waiting for the financial department to call back the repair facility.” Meanwhile, my car has been sitting in the shop racking up storage fees that Ox Car Care refuses to cover.

This company has shown itself to be dishonest, unprofessional, and potentially fraudulent. They lure customers in with promises of protection, but when the time comes to actually honor a claim, they delay, deflect, and refuse to pay.
