This is the message Ox car care sent me, so I called to see if they would help get my claim paid sooner than later. That was NOT the case at all. Yet again did I get the run around about my vehicle being paid for. The claim has been approved since September 13th and it is about to be a full month and still No signs of them paying the bills....
