this extended warranty is a complete JOKE ..... I can say this coming from a customer stand point and a repair shop stand point... They are beyond Rude, the claims department apparently has no managers or supervisors, so they can be as rude as they want.... They tell you the part is a covered part but approval can take 3-5 days .. Who has 3-5 days just to be told yes or no fixing a part that they tell you is a covered part. They do not want to help the customer with a rental car while they take 3-5 days to give a decision on a COVERED item. They refuse to pay the repair shop any diagnostic or storage while the car just sits for days waiting on them. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY *** THEY ARE RUDE AND NOT ACCOMMODATING TO THEIR PAYING CUSTOMERS AT ALL.....

I work as a service writer at garage. I have dealt with many warranty, Some good, Some bad.
As for Ox Car Care. Very rude, lucky if you get someone to answer, Or they will just hang up.
I have had a customer's car here since monday, now it's Friday, And they told me it's in final review. How long does it take, Making a customer wait for repairs on a vehicle.
Please for the love of God, There are much better warrant companies out there. Stay far away. You have been warned.
