This insurance sucks they won't let me cancel and stolen 75dollars I had to go to the bank and cancel the debit card shame on you god is my avenger shame on you

It has now been 2 weeks that my vehicle is still sitting at the repair shop waiting on OX car care to review my claim on a part that they told me was a COVERED ITEM.. as far as Ox telling me to call their customer support line-- UMMMM They are RUDE and hang up on you, They do not care to help at all. When you ask to speak to a manager they tell you they dont have one and that they can literally do what they want. I was hung up on 3x last week. I will be canceling this policy and fight to get my money back since I am not able to use this policy I paid in full for. As some words of advice STAY AWAY FROM OX CAR CARE.. Endurance / VERITAS & Carshield are way better companies to deal with who actually care about their customers and want to stand behind the policy they sell. OX CAR CARE DO BETTER !!!! Stop telling people to call customer care because your customer care team DOES NOT...

I’ve had a great survey of questions with Ramses Adalberto about if I should take the warranty that OX Care provides. After our conversation he made me realize and consider for all that would be covered, plus numerous discount options had me sold. OX Care is a reliable warranty service provider. I hope that I do not have to use their services but if I ever have to, I know that I have no worries or concerns because I’m covered.
