STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!! The 1 star is because you have to give them something, if it was possible there would be negative stars. I have seen other reviews stating they take advantage of the elderly, my parents are another example of that. Their claim has been in final review since 9/5/25 and it's now 10/16/25. If you call they tell you it can be in final review for "10-14 business days", but if you call to express interestin buying a policy they will tell you 3-5, obviously the Sales departmenthas never worked claims or they just don't care and kie to get the sale. It has been over a month with no response to the claim despite multiple follow ups from us and the garage. I'm not sure what kind of calendar they use! I called on my parents behalf and asked to speak to a manager and was told "upper management doesn't get on the phone"...seriously what kind of...
