Title: Unjust Treatment and Unprofessional Conduct
I am compelled to share my deeply disappointing experience with The Owls Nest daycare, where my 5-year-old son was recently kicked out without any reasonable conversation with our family, collaboration, and or planning. I was notified of his expulsion via email, which it not a standard business practice and is well below board. This establishment's blatant lack of professionalism and compassion has left me outraged.
It is incomprehensible that a daycare, entrusted with the well-being of children, would resort to such drastic measures without proper communication or attempts at resolution. The decision to expel my son seems arbitrary and unjust, leaving me questioning the competency of the staff and management.

I love this daycare! They have been so amazing and loving with my sweet little one. His teachers are all super nice and very easy to communicate with. It’s also super nice how I get updates and pictures throughout the day! So happy I found this place!

We are big fans of this daycare. They are very structured, professional and clean. Our daughter has thrived there and we appreciate all of the details. They bring in all kinds of healthcare specialists for free, the app is great, the daily notifications are extremely help and the staff truly cares about our kid. It's very comforting to have our daughter in such good hands.

Wonderful teachers who take care of our little one, and who sends us frequent updates on how our little one is doing. Highly recommended!
