I worked at Over the Rainbow for 14 years and always had the most wonderful time with my co-workers and the kids. The management and staff always treated me like family and were always there any time I needed them. Management always planned fun trips for the kids to go on over the summer. We, as a staff, were able to go and supervise the children and enjoy ourselves as well!

I've had the opportunity to visit over the rainbow and I know some of the people that work there. All of them are happy with their jobs. If you have a job and you are a responsible person you shouldn't have any problem. It's funny how this person on the comments section talks about her being treated as a slave, which of course is totally false. The problem with this person is she is used to doing whatever she wants to do with her job, not following rules, showing up late to work, being irresponsible, etc. Now that she has to follow the rules she comes and rants here on Facebook. Over the rainbow provides a great environment for kids as well as for staff members.
