Excellent staffs, my son started when he was 8/1/2 months old, from the first day he enter to now it has been awesome. He don't want to leave when is time to go. Good atmosphere, it smell and feel good. This Center is very neat and clean. Am glad I choose it because we love it.

My sons have both gone to OTR since they were four months old and I can't say enough wonderful things about the staff and facility. Every room they have been in the boys have flourished and learned so much! They learn things that surprise me all the time. It is not just letters, numbers, and shapes; it is manners and how to be a good friend. Most of all, we feel like part of a family.

My daughter started here about 6 months before she started kindergarten and continues to attend Over the Rainbow before school starting the second grade this year. She asks to come here every day and all summer. I couldn't have chosen a better provider for her. Miss Evie and Miss Brenda and Miss Teresa in particular are out of this world. My daughter has learned so much from this school and enjoys every day she is there. Best decision I made for my daughter by far!

My Grandaugther goes to over the rainbow & she LOVES it!! I've been watching my Grandaugther since she was born & when it was time for her to start pre-school I have to admit I was scared for her I was so used to my Daugther in law & my son dropping her off every morning 5 days a week while Amaia's Mommie & daddy went to work , I figured no one could take care of my Amaia the way I can , one day I went to over to rainbow to see the school & meet Amaia's teacher Miss Nadine & I fell In Love with over the rainbow !! It's a clean school wonderful staff & Miss Nadine is wonderful !! I couldn't ask for a better pre- school for my Grandaugther to attend!! Actually, the other day my Daugther in law invited me to read to Amaia's class & the kids enjoyed the book Amaia picked out for me to read to her follow class mates !! Brenda, evie, lisa and phebe are great! have worked with them for years now, since the central nj ballet theatre and ovr daycare are neighbors. kids that attend this school are happy, smart and delightful to work with! lisa is a great owner. very kind but no nonsense. they type of 'mother" who I would want to look after my child. great work ladies!
