Over The Rainbow CDC

Both of my children 10 years old and 1 year old attend Over The Rainbow. My daughter loves their before care and after school care program! This was my 1 year old first childcare experience and he loves it! He adjusted really fast. It's a great learning environment from the infant class to the before & after care program! All of the staff are very warming and welcoming as well.

I taught at OTR for 2 years where I found a friend in Lisa Giancarli (owner). The care she shows to her employees and the love to the children and families is the best. I wish I was leaving in NJ and to be part of an awesome family like Over The Rainbow CDC.

My daughter has been going here since she was 17 months and I am very pleased with this place. She is learning so much and I must say very respectful. I would recommend here to anyone.

We had our niece and nephew there for the few months that they were living with us and they LOVED it there! So did we! The entire staff was amazing and so supportive. Our niece still talks about OTR and the teachers! We highly recommend them!!

My children have been a part of the OTR family since they were 4 months old, and now they are 4 and 6 years old. My six year old is in first grade now and when he started Kindergarten, he was so prepared due to the wonderful learning environment at OTR. My 4 year old is in the pre-school room now, and is learning so much in a safe, caring environment. When they were babies, it was so hard to leave them, but I knew they were being loved, cared for, and nurtured by the amazing staff at OTR. At all levels, they have thrived and loved spending time at "school" and we truly feel like the staff here are extended family. I highly recommend OTR to any family looking for a friendly, loving, safe, and nurturing atmosphere for their little ones.

Absolutely love Over The Rainbow. We enrolled our son when he was 16 months and he loves it! We have watched him grow and learn so much!!! The staff is caring and always on top of things. Very friendly environment. I recommend Over The Rainbow to everyone!!

A very caring staff. The kids are very well taken care of and very happy. Lots of engagement. Nice facility and great location. The owner, Lisa, is very hands on and always available. Check it out. You will be impressed.

Amazing care! The staff is so kind and on too of everything. My daughter loves it here and has learned so much through lesson plans and all the fun the school provides. I am very happy with upper management and the open communication. It feels like family to us!

The staff at Over the Rainbow has been wonderful. The education & structure for the kids is fun & playful. My daughter (3yrs) goes to daycare & my son (8yrs) goes to after school. It's convenient to pick them both up at the same location. Both kids really enjoy Over the Rainbow, they have a blast playing in there outdoor space & indoor gym. I can't say enough about the warm, friendly educators & staff.

Over the Rainbow is wonderful. The staff are very professional and personable.
