Our welcome packet was a complete surprise in the mail and to be honest I almost threw it away with the junk mail, but I'm glad that I didn't! There are useful coupons inside that we can actually use and this was a welcome surprise. Moving is tough and to get this extra surprise sent to us was a nice way to feel welcomed to our new neighborhood and we are looking forward to using our coupons and supporting our local small businesses. This business is so great, more places should use our town America to welcome people who have moved. I had got a call and I did not expect it, never ever in the times we have moved and lived in different places have we got a welcome package. A nice gentleman called me and really cared about getting to know me and my family. He explained the welcome package and it came in the mail very quickly. It was so exciting to open and see everything that was included. What a great way to welcome us. It meant so much to us actually, because before we moved the months leading up the moving we’re the hardest months we have had. It was one bad thing after another, we needed something positive and the welcome package did that for us. So thank you, thank you for caring, thank you for taking the time to welcome us.
