We’ve been getting our dog groomed here for a few years now since moving to the area. Obviously prices have gone up considerably the last few years but I don’t think you could find a place with better service, facilities, and care for your pet for what you pay. The groomer does an amazing job cutting doodles and she does an amazing job if we have any specific requests like cutting shorter around her eyes and paw pads. Highly recommend. Read more >

My dogs came from the pound and one has severe anxiety which has to be medicated. We searched and searched for a place with accommodations that did not resemble the pound. We have been thoroughly impress with Our House Braselton. My dogs received upscale accommodations and excellent care while staying there. It was worth the money to have the peace of mind knowing they were in a clean, supervised, and well maintained facility. The staff all seemed to be so caring of the dogs and understanding of us as we had never left them before. We feel so blessed to have found this place and will definitely use it in the future. We love Our House - Braselton. We recently had to leave our two dogs there for about 6 days. While the dogs were extremely happy to see us when we picked them up to return home, they were energetic and seemed happy - and they slept for 3 days. :-)

My 5 yr old terrier mix is a rescue dog and has separation anxiety. This was his first time boarding. The staff was very professional and reassuring, which was very comforting. The process was very organized from reservation to the end. Everything went smoothly for the 12 day stay. I had him shampooed and nails trimmed, he looked great when I picked him up. We have two beautiful dogs one rescue and the is other a breeder “runt”. the dogs were great until we were hanging out at a park and an off leash Rottweiler charged us. Our dogs reacted and in the chaos they turned on each other. They were never the same since and had been relegated to either being muzzled every moment they were together or constantly separated. Even our vet said there was no hope, so we set up a system of baby gates and muzzles so we wouldn’t have to choose between our puppies or worry about their safety.

When we moved to GA I looked up local trainers hoping we could find a way to at least get the dogs better trained. Smith Farms/Our House not only agreed to train our dogs they gave us hope that something better was possible. They spent time building a relationship with our dogs and learning what behaviors were causing the underlying problem.
