Our House Braselton

Everytime we drop off and pick up our dogs they are welcomed by all of your staff . We had a bad experience with another boarder and our dogs were traumatized. Your staff seems to care about our pets and it makes us feel 110% ok leaving them there. My only suggestion is to play some kind of soothing music for dogs. I know it works for ours and would think it would help in general.

Today we had our dog groomed and we’re very pleased!

We and our dogs love Our House Braselton. We have boarded our three dogs here for several years and they always come back home happy and still healthy. No stomach issues or anxiety which we have had problems with at other places in the past. We also use their groomer for our yorkie and she does a great job and he loves going to her which is a great sign that she is gentle with him. He always looks good and the bow tie he comes out with is such an added bonus that I love. Everyone has always been helpful and friendly!

We are very happy with Our House Braselton. Sophie always looks and smells so good after her grooming. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. Sophie and Tate are looking forward to their stay in July.

Love, Love, Love Our House Grooming. I work close by and can drop my dog off early and pick her up right after she’s done. They’re always quick and that helps relieve her stress. I’ve never been disappointed with anything they done to make my baby Luna look precious. Once she’s all done she prances out like a 200 lb dog! Thanks for the great work EVERY TIME!!
