Our House Braselton

I have been using Our House's kennels when they were Pets Inn Suites. Even with the change in management, I have only seen the services and care for my sweet babies become impeccable. At one time I boarded three pups at one time, then over the years, I had to send them on to their daddy in heaven. I now only have Medusa and she is very special. I love her so much but she can be a handful, yet the staff at Our House just smiles and tells me how sweet she is!! The groomer is a miracle worker BTW. Love all the staff, they are a very special squad!!

I LOVE OUR HOUSE BECAUSE THEY ARE SOOOO SWEET TO MY 10.5 YEAR OLD SHEPARD MIX ABBY. THEY GIVE HER PLENTY OF ATTENTION. THIS IS THE 1ST TIME I BOARDED HER BUT SHE WAS AT THE DAYCARE A FEW TIMES. I WILL DEFINATELY USE THEM AGAIN FOR ALL HER NEEDS. THANK YOU TO ALL THE STAFF THAT WORKS THERE.

Very happy with the service. This was my first time boarding my cat and I was very nervous. I can tell my cat had a great time and was treated well. We will use again.

Beau received excellent care. We are completely satisfied with the care he was given and will definitely board him here again.

My husband and I are very particular about the care of our dogs. Everyone at Our House goes above and beyond to make sure our dogs get the best care. We love the idea of group play and the staff assures our bassets love it as well. It's great to know they are not in a ‘run’ all day…it’s also great for socialization. We highly recommend Our House to anyone who needs to board their dogs.

We have been using Our House Braselton for the majority of this year. Whether for boarding, grooming or obedience school we have been very pleased. Our dog LOVES to come here and play with all of the staff. Carter has done a wonderful job of training Hurricane for us. Two weeks in-house with Carter and he is a perfect gentleman now! I strongly recommend and service here at Our House.

The staff has displayed such a caring manner by exhibiting excellent customer service. Happy and Lucy are very happy there.

They take such good care of our pup Annie that we never have to worry. We recently had a family crisis and they swooped right in to ensure that the care of our pet was one thing we didn't need to stress about during this time. Love the owners, love the staff!
