Overall, well pleased. Dogs always seem happy when picked up. I did have an issue recently where my instructions that my dog NOT wear her collar to avoid our other dog taking her down and possibly choking her (even though they love each other - they play rough!) was incorrectly written down as "no leash around neck". Not the same thing at all and could have had serious consequences.

We have used their boarding, daycare and training services. Our Beau spent two weeks with Andy, and the transformation is amazing, now it’s enjoyable to take Beau places we could never visit before, highly recommend Andy and the entire staff at Our House!

Pleasant staff and Finn loves the playtime

I have been bringing my pups to Our House for over 7 years now. Our House has always given the best of care to my babies and I can't imagine letting my pets stay anywhere else. This stay included my new pup, Howie, as well as Medusa. She can be a handful, but the staff at Our House takes great patience with her. I know without a doubt my babies will always be loved and cared for just like I would do. Our House is outstanding and I highly recommend them to board your pets.

They staff is so nice and I we have used your location for years. Riley is 14 and has gone to Our House and Pet's Inns Suite her entire life. But I have a concerned that developed during this visit. I asked about the time for her last potty break and I was told 5:00-5:30 and that she doesn't go out again until 7 a.m. 14 hours is too long and stressful for any potty trained dog. I heard that she had an accident during her visit. She NEVER has accidents at home. I never realized that she was left unattended for such a long time. I hope you can offer something more accomodating her.

Everyone at Our House- Braselton is so friendly and accommodating. Sadie has boarded there and had daycare , she has had the best time!!

Easy check-in process and great customer service for drop-off and pick-up. Would recommend highly.

I don't like boarding my dog Brandy but the staff at Our House Braselton is absolutely wonderful and Brandy is always in a happy mood when I pick her up, which has eased my mind on leaving my pet somewhere. I could not imagine boarding Brandy anywhere else! Thank you Thank you Thank you!
