Osaki Japanese Sushi & Steakhouse

Well the table we got was all sticky I had to ask for a clean one. Plus when my salad came I had to get my own silverware and napkin. then my server announced my dish the beef n... once my son got his food they announced my dish was not available eventhough it had already been ordered so I need to pick something else ok I did. That came pretty quick so some of my chicken was rubbery. The food was good

i came in close to 2 hours before closing, plenty of time to sit in and to eat, we were very friendly had our masks on and followed all rules to come in. we specifically asked if we could be seated near the grill .. the guy said the wait would be around 25-35 minutes and walked off. we sat down and waited for a good 25 mins, we then asked if anything was ready *we could see grills were perfectly opened* but continued to patiently wait after an employee walked by we said is anything ready now? he simply ignored the question and grabbed menus and just set them on the table without saying a word. we sadly had to walk out because we didn’t want to be treated this way. you could clearly tell no one wanted to serve us for no reason. service was awful , as we walked out the employee continued to just eye us down and not say a word. definitely not worth your money.

service was terrible. My family and I came about an hour before close, and we were offered terrible service. The host told us about a 35-40 min wait, after waiting 20 mins we doubled checked our wait time and got a table. there were multiple grills open, as if they didn’t want us to dine in. Our menus were thrown to us, and no drink orders were offered. Our worst experience there, and won’t be back again. We went to a different restaurant across the street and felt way more welcomed there than this place.

We had menus thrown at us and they refused to take our drink orders. We didn’t feel welcomed at all and decided to try a different restaurant. However no employee looked concerned. Worst restaurant experience I’ve had in years would not recommend.

Have been here a few times and have always been satisfied. The staff is always friendly and the food is always good. So far I haven't had any negative experience there.

Friendly staff... great food... open for delivery and take out!!! We will definitely be back!!
